Copyright Infringement Policy
Effective Date: 07 DEC 2024
Last Updated: 10 DEC 2024
At Just Custom Apparel, we take intellectual property rights seriously. As a custom apparel provider, we respect the rights of copyright holders and require our customers to do the same. This policy outlines our stance on copyright infringement and the responsibilities of our customers when submitting designs.
Customer Responsibility
When submitting designs, customers are responsible for ensuring that:
-
You Own the Rights: You either own the copyright to the design or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder to use it.
-
No Infringement: Your submitted design does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrighted works, trademarks, or logos.
-
Compliance: Your designs comply with all applicable copyright laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the design for custom apparel.
Our Role and Limitations
Just Custom Apparel acts as a service provider for creating custom products. While we review designs for quality and feasibility, we do not verify the ownership or copyright status of submitted designs.
-
If we suspect a design violates copyright laws, we reserve the right to refuse production until proof of ownership or permission is provided.
-
We are not liable for any legal issues arising from designs submitted by customers.
Handling Copyright Claims
If we receive a copyright infringement claim regarding a submitted design or completed product:
-
Investigation: We will promptly investigate the claim.
-
Communication: If necessary, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
-
Production Halt: Production or delivery of the order may be paused until the matter is resolved.
We cooperate fully with copyright holders and authorities in cases of infringement.

We do not produce apparel with content that:
-
Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
